If you own artwork you believe appears in our catalogue without permission, tell us which face and what you own. We take it down while we check rather than after, and we aim to respond within 48 hours.

Before you write about a face not installing
The FAQ covers the three usual causes, and the model pages say exactly which software each Galaxy Watch needs. If your watch is on older software than these pages require, that is the answer, and the fix is a free update from the Galaxy Wearable app rather than anything we can do from here.

Codemy Studio is a brand of Codemy LAB LLC, an independent Android and Wear OS development studio. We are not Samsung and have no relationship with them — if your question is about the watch hardware itself, or about Samsung Health, Samsung support will be able to help and we will not.
